**As an Client Success Executive,**
You will be responsible for retention, adoption, and expansion of our products & services with assigned base of customers. Your main goal will be to act as a bridge between the clients & internal cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality experience for our clients, resulting with their satisfaction.
**Your responsibilities will include,**
- Managing on-boarding, requirements implementation, client setup for day-to-day operations
- client retention through completing the assigned requests in time and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Liaise with different internal stakeholders - Sales, Customer Support, Merchant and Development teams
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data while looking for ways to build on currently established practices
- Understand the business landscape as well as clients to bring new approaches and ideas utilising our platform
- Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services to the client resulting in upsell/cross-sell

- You have at least 1-3 year(s) experience in client success/account management roles
- You have excellent sales experience and customer service skills
- You have excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
- You are a creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solver
- You have at least a Bachelor degree in business administration, mass communication, social sciences or similar relevant field
Temporary Location: Remote (MY); Permanent Location: Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
