Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for organizing and arranging production work according to plan and ensuring production progress. 2. Responsible for supervising and implementing product operating standards. 3. Track and manage various materials in the workshop. 4. Save costs, reduce waste, and strictly control on-site product quality. 5. Statistically analyze the daily production status of the workshop and seek improvements to increase production efficiency. "6. Supervise and inspect self-inspections and mutual inspections during the production process to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process." 7. Participate in the analysis of product quality issues, formulate and implement corrective and preventive actions. 8. Regularly organize production safety education and training to guide employees in safe operations. 9. Responsible for implementing various production safety systems of the enterprise and conducting regular safety inspections. 10. Control key and vital parts to eliminate safety hazards and prevent safety accidents. **Requirements**: 1.Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in electronics-related disciplines, with 5 years or more relevant work experience. 2. Production scheduling, personnel deployment, and 5S on-site management system to achieve standardized management of the production workshop. 3. Production process, quality analysis 4. Calculate quota of personnel, output value, production efficiency, and control production costs. 6. Production site management, people, machines, materials, methods. 7. The power to command, guide, coordinate, supervise, and manage the company's product production process, and bear the obligation to implement the company's procedures and work instructions. 8. On-site personnel are not allowed to do anything unrelated to work during work, including walking around at will. 10. Proficiency in English and Malay languages. Knowing Mandarin is an advantage,as this position needs to liaise with the counterparts of China. 11.Able to identify, assess and solve problem under pressure.
