Our client is an international manufacturer of household appliances, water purifiers, air purifiers, bidets, water softeners, and mattresses originally from South Korea. They are the largest water purifier company in the country. They are looking for amazing talents to join their Retail Sales Team as a Brand Ambassador/Customer Service Personnel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Actively engage in cross-selling and upselling products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered in the store.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Provide information on promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification of SPM or a high school diploma; additional education in customer service or retail is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Able to work on rotational mall shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Training will be provided
