**Position**:Creative Content Creator

We are looking for a Creative Content Creator who is able to create, engage and communicate trending and insightful content around social media platforms and ecommerce. Your content is simple, authentic, easy to digest and focused in delivering meaningful value to our target audience.

You can champion projects, build roadmaps on content marketing. You are constantly analysing, improving and evolving towards best practices in content creation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create various content types (pictures, videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides for social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
- Able to conduct entertaining livestreams and product user generated content.
- Able to execute photo shoot and video shoot for content adaptation.
- Writing, reviewing, editing, proofreading and updating content for social media, websites, and other ecommerce platforms.
- Able to write scripts, prepare storyboard and create visual assets for content.
- Ensure client’s content is up-to-date and according to latest trends.
- Managing the end-to-end process for KOLs.
- Ensuring our company and client’s social media is always up to date.
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
- Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing data to drive content decisions.
- Suggesting new ways to promote client’s campaigns and to reach consumers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a similar field.
- Minimum 1-year experience in relating field.
- Experienced in creating strong, engaging content.
- A portfolio of applicable outputs.
- An understanding of the latest trends and insights.
- Experience uploading content to various content management systems.
- Good in writing, proofreading, editing content.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Able to speak and write in English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu
- Experienced in using video editing software similar but not limited to CapCut, Filmora, or Adobe Premiere Pro etc.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends, latest viral strategies and platform changes.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
