Department: Customer Service

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for:

- Interface between Customer Care and related functions& call centre

experienc.
- Represent the Customers (Buyer and Sellers) in the functions, with heavy focus on Customer Experience
- Work closely with Customer Care & Internal functions to ensure we deliver the best Customer Experience

Main Responsibilities
Customer Experience focused:

- Continuously using feedbacks from customers to elevate customer’s experience with TECHTRADERS inclusive of pre-purchase, during and post-purchase experience
- Act on actionable insights by preparing business case to address known gaps or issues identified
- Identify, recommend & implement changes to existing or new processes required to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Attending to Clients related operational adhoc issues tactfully.

Project and system management:

- Taking insights from customer feedback, Product teams and other related functions to prioritize and design the best solution for customers
- Defining project workplan, roadmap, and key success criteria
- Implement and monitor projects until completion
- Working closely with Regional and Product teams to develop automation solutions

**Job Requirements**
To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

- Minimum one (1) years of work experience in consulting, project management, ecommerce industry
- Tech-savvy - good understanding of how systems work, and information exchange and structure
- Strong project management, communication and collaborative skills. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across multiple functions
- Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay are required for this position
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and organization
- Able to deliver under pressure, entrepreneurial and results driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate
Part-time hours: 45 per week

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
