**Job Description:

- **
- Supervise and train staff in the daily operations of **Machining Operations**, which include:

- Bandsaw cutting, shear cutting, induction heating, hex head & hex nut forging, heat treatment, thread rolling, thread cutting, nut tapping, manual & CNC lathe, manual & CNC milling, drilling, bending, chamfering, EDM and stamping.
- Receiving, storage and issuance of raw material.
- Conducting physical inventory counts of raw materials and work-in-progress (WIP) items
- Overseeing maintenance of machining equipment and machinery
- Supervise and train staff in the daily operations of **Logistics Operations**, including:

- Nut tightening and product packing
- Delivery of goods
- Maintenance of logistics vehicles, machinery, and equipment
- Ensure that production orders are completed as per approved drawings within the required deadline and allocated budget.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

**Job Requirement:

- **
- Prior experience in metal manufacturing, oil & gas, or the construction industry will be an advantage
- Basic proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with both local and foreign staff
- Hardworking and physically fit.
- Good initiatives and good team player.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- 5½ day working week.
- Working Location: Ulu Tiram

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
