- Manage and ensure smooth purchase and payment activities at timely manner.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Maintain and update company databases
- Assist in scheduling internal company events when required
- Keeping business documents organized and secure.
- Assist in distributing related administrative reports, memos, and other correspondence to departments.
- Ensuring that health and safety standards are met in the workplace.
- Provide full support in executing duties whenever required by the superior.
**Job Requirement**:
- Preferably have Degree in relevant field with minimum of 1-2 years working experience in administration/office management.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
