Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Live Host cum Retail Operator to join our team This role combines live-stream hosting with assisting in-store operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both online viewers and walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Live Hosting:

- Host engaging live-streaming sessions directly from the retail store to showcase products, promotions, and styling tips.
- Build a connection with online audiences by answering questions, demonstrating products, and sharing insights on fashion trends.
- Collaborate with the team to plan creative live-stream content and promotions.

2. Store Operations (During Non-Live Periods):

- Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries, styling advice, and purchases.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Perform cashier duties, including processing transactions and handling returns.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

3. Sales and Marketing Support:

- Help develop ideas to boost sales both online and in-store.
- Stay updated on the latest trends to enhance product presentations.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences to improve product offerings and live-stream content.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail or live-stream hosting is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of a camera.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both online and in-person.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems (training will be provided).

Personality:

- Outgoing, energetic, and confident.
- Creative and passionate about fashion and trends.
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused attitude.
