Operations Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage & Operate Live Streams by leading, assisting and optimizing brand's live streaming rooms, ensuring smooth daily operations, content planning, platform resource management, and host coordination.
- Manage Host on a daily live broadcast work and schedule.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as viewership duration, traffic volume, and audience engagement. Leverage data insights to optimize and enhance streaming performance.
- Content Creation & Planning in designing and execute captivating live streaming scripts, product showcases, and engaging promotional content to maximize audience interaction and sales.
- Oversee TikTok store and manage operations, including product listings, order processing, promotional campaigns, and data analysis. Develop strategies to optimize store performance and enhance customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Able to work on alternate weekends.**:

- Familiar with TikTok and its live streaming features.
- Live streaming Operation in editing, live host management and data analysis.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
