Accounts Executive

To handle full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner. Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances. Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters. Assist in audit and tax preparation.
- Manage and prepare the property development division’s companies and projects accounting system and controls to enable cost accounting and reporting for analysis and budgeting purpose.
- Ensure financial records and reports are maintain and compliance with statutory requirements including audit, taxation and internal control.
- Assist in preparation of Business Plan and Tax Schedules.
- Liaising with tax agent, auditors, company secretary, bankers, lawyers, and government authorities on related job matter.
- Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience preferably in property development and construction company/public accounting firm.
- Language Proficiency: B.Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- Able to handle full set accounts.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel & Word/Preferably WIZ Accounting).
- Able to work independently and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
