Review and verify supporting documents to process and issue credit notes in a timely and accurate manner based on approved documentation.
- Ensure all credit notes are properly recorded and comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing stock: receiving, checking items and quantities, recording, organizing, and storing stock.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit note transactions.
- Assist in reconciling customer accounts and resolving related discrepancies.
- Ensure efficient order processing.
- Daily filling to ensure all documents is well kept.
- Perform weekly stock take to maintain stock balance accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5.5 working days per week.
- Working location is Subang SS15 (10 minutes walk from LRT station).
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
