**About Sham Poliklinik Sdn Bhd**

Sham Poliklinik Sdn Bhd is an established General Practice that has been in operation since the year 1991. We have been creating sustainable & holistic healthcare practice for our patients and their family members. We have 18 team members based in our 2 branches in Bandar Baru Bangi and Kajang. We always strive to provide top-tier quality of our service and team members.

**About the Role**

Clinic Assistants are healthcare providers who assists medical professionals in our primary care facilities with patient management, basic diagnostic tests, and record keeping. They are crucial in creating positive patient experience and ensuring seamless flow of the clinical operations.

- A tertiary qualification in related fields.
- Proven ability in good public relations skill, to work in teams and in shifts.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English language is essential, as are time management and organization skills.
- Additional specialization and skills in related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work in any shifts: Morning, Afternoon and Evening. (Operating Hours: 8.30 am - 9.00 pm)
- Experience with clinical procedures and knowledge of healthcare practices, standards and medical terminology.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to assist and reassure patients.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks as directed by healthcare professionals.

- Kajang Branch (Sg. Ramal)
- Bandar Baru Bangi Branch (Sg. Merab)

**Salary**:

- Negotiable depending on experience.

Pay: RM15.00 - RM20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
