Assistant, Customer Service

1. Responsible for reception and administration duties.
2. Liaise with vendor to provide prompt service to residents.
3. Attend to calls and enquirers, screen calls and direct calls to right person
4. Provide relevant and correct information to guest
5. Assist Officer, Customer Service in Marketing available unit
6. Greet and assist agency/customers in viewing the units
7. Schedule and maintain guest appointment
8. Assist in supplying inventory to office and guest.
9. Responsible for proper handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence/parcels
10. Assists in housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of unit, office and conference room
11. Assist in managing the Leasing office when Manager/Officer, Leasing is not around.
12. Ensure guest information and data are kept private and confidential.
13. Report any incident to Officer or Security.
14. Follow up the guest complaints with Dats Management Team until Matter is resolved.
15. Achieve goals/ targets set by superior
16. Follow up rental collection for rented units
17. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
18. Assist in Handover / Takeover of the unit
