**Ruyi Holdings Sdn Bhd** was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company in 2006, **Ruyi **provides cellular therapy and supplements under the brand name of ZÉLL-V. We are first Malaysian healthcare company to introduce cellular therapy from Germany & Switzerland.
We are currently looking for the position of **Customer Service Assistant.**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries and convert leads into sales
2. Provide satisfactory service to customers, introduce the services offered by the company, make customers aware of our value, emphasize the importance of maintaining health for continued well-being, and assist in encouraging customers to entrust their health to us.
3. Generate invoices for customers
4. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
5. Handle back up for assessment records
6. Filing of customer profile and schedule appointments
7. To participate in various marketing activities such as in house event
8. To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback
9. To maintain cleanliness, equipment and environment of common areas
10. Ad hoc task assigned by the superior
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience
2. Good personality, a team player and willing to learn
3. Positive mindset
4. Good communication & interpersonal skills
5. Training will be provided
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
