Job Scope:

- Prepare and submit **customs declaration forms** (e.g. K1, K2, K4, K8, ZB1‑ZB4) based on shipper invoices and AWB/HAWB data.
- Assist internal teams and external customs brokers in clearing shipments within required timelines.
- Identify correct **HS Tariff Codes**, calculate duty and taxes, and liaise with the finance or customs clearance team for payments and billing.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and job files in accordance with company SOPs.
- Coordinate internal and external logistics for RORO shipments—liaising with vendors, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely loading, transport, and clearance.
- Responsible for **RORO (roll‑on/roll‑off) operations**, including vehicle booking, vendor coordination, port scheduling, and special cargo handling protocols.
- Interface with **shipping agents, port authorities, and warehouse teams** to coordinate RORO movements and ensure timely loading/unloading operations.Track schedules and coordinate truck or vessel bookings where needed.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative support—such as event logistics, document filing, or interdepartmental reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- **Diploma or Degree** in fields like Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related areas
- **1-3 years** of experience in logistics or customs declaration work is common (e.g. familiarity with K1-K9, ZB1-ZB4 form filing, import/export shipping documentation)
- Good understanding of **Malaysian Customs regulations**, tariff codes, and licensing, especially forms like K1-K9, ZB series, and imports/exports via RORO vehicles or container shipments
- Competent in **Microsoft Office**—especially Excel—and familiarity with logistics or ERP software like SAP, WMS, or inventory systems
- Strong **communication and coordination skills**—liaising with internal departments, forwarders, customs officials, port authorities, carriers, and suppliers
- **Attention to detail**, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, particularly when managing shipment holds or expedited clearances
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to **adapt in fast-paced environments**; able to handle operational issues or shipment irregularities independently
- Proficient in **English and Bahasa Malaysia** for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication; **Mandarin language skills** considered a plus
- Good **written communication** for customs filings, invoices, shipping notices, billing documentation, and compliance reporting
- Fresh graduate is welcomed

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
