As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Supervise production operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Ensure smooth production operation during shift. Cooridinate and Partner with 24/168hr peers to ensure cross shift execution and consistencies in business practices. Develop Exempt Mfg Supervisors competencies in Operational Strategies, Project management and effective Employee relations/Management practices. Train and coach production employees. Conduct employee performance reviews. Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, backup for absent employees, and shift rotations. Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels. Schedule and conduct shift meetings. Responsible to meet shift production goals. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). Ensure a clean and safe work area. Responsible for Emergency Response capabilities on shft as well as developing solid preventative injury and safety programs.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:

- BS/MS in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with industry experiences in semiconductor field.
- Understanding of semiconductor process flow technology and theory of constraint management.
- Experience in a semiconductor industry related environment in Thin Film Metal/Chemical deposition, RTP, Furnace, Implantation, Dry Etch
- Strong technical/ engineering background in wafer fabrication. Proven track record in technical problem solving and able to provide solution to overcome complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with a high tolerance for ambiguous and dynamic situations.
- Ability to coordinate, lead, and develop teams (improvement, preventative, corrective, and sustaining).
- People interactive skills with all organization levels in a diverse environment.
- Manage the achievement of area maintenance and output goals while exercising good judgment on a variety of problem situations and sustaining the values of safety and quality.
