**Job Summary**:
The Finance & Accounts Assistant supports the accounting department in performing various financial tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with general accounting operations. The role involves managing financial data, processing invoices, preparing reports, and maintaining financial records in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing customer invoices in a timely manner.

2. Update and manage ledgers, journals, and other financial documents, ensuring they align with the company’s policies.

3. Assist with administrative duties related to accounting department, including filing, scanning, and maintaining financial records.

4. Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.

5. To collaborate and work closely with other departments on matters relating to accounting issues.

6. Support the senior accounting staff with ad-hoc tasks, such as preparing reports or gathering information, involving in stock take, etc.

7. To perform other duties as and when assigned by Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an accounts or finance role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and competent in accounting software especially SAP Business One would be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
