Account Assistant

**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Preparing and sending sales invoices.
- Assisting with monthly account documentation.
- Processing payment vouchers.
- Monthly posting of collection of receivables from customers.
- Managing e-invoices using Master Accounting Software
- Provide general clerical support.
- Handle daily data entry.
- Assist with month-end reports.
- Ensure accurate document filing.
- Participate in stock takes and support audits as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Top Management.
**REQUIRMENT**
- At least **1- 2 year(s)** of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Good command in Mandarin (added advantages), English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Able to work independently and be a good team player.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
