- **Roles & Responsibilities**:_

AP Module.
- Verify and match supplier invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports with accuracy and timely manner.
- Ensure posting of the verified supplier invoices with correct account code and GST tax code into the accounting system.
- Perform creditors reconciliations and follow up with suppliers on outstanding documents
- compile outstanding AP issues in the AP Log for reconciliation purposes and follow up with relevant department accordingly to close the AP Log.
- Process payments to suppliers (Cheque, TT, or COS) timely and accurately according to credit term.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
