**Hypermarket & Pharmacies**
- Communicate and negotiate with hypermarkets and pharmacies for product listing and promotions.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are properly displayed.
- Prepare sales reports and collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Outstation and manage return stock issues, ensuring proper handling and documentation.

**Competitor Analysis**
- Conduct competitor analysis, tracking pricing, promotions, and product performance.
- Monitor market trends and gather insights on consumer preferences.
- Conduct regular field visits to check product displays and market price.
- New Product market checking and competitive analysis.

**Corporate**
- Handle customer complaints or issues and provide solutions.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular follow-up with customers to ensure a positive experience.

**Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of sales experience in a Hypermarket, Pharmacies sales environment.
- SPM and above.
- Demonstrated track record of sales achievement in a hand-on sales environment.
- Proven knowledge of Hypermarket, Pharmacies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers ability to collaborate at all levels.
- Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses.
- Able to work independently while being a team player.
- Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to travel

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
