Operation Manager

**Job Scope**:
1. Ensuring smooth operations of all outlets under your supervision.
2. Monitor the performance of each outlet and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
3. Oversee the financial aspects of the outlets within your area. This involves budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization.
4. Develop and implement standardized operating procedures across all outlets to ensure consistent quality, service, and efficiency. Regularly review and update SOPs based on industry best practices and feedback from outlet managers.
5. Establish and enforce quality assurance measures to maintain high food and service standards.
6. Oversee inventory control processes, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of perishable items.
7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the F&B industry. Identify opportunities to leverage technology for operational efficiency.
8. Regularly review customer feedback and address any complaints or concerns promptly. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, such as staff training programs, service recovery protocols, or loyalty programs.
9. Monitoring staff performance / service / appearance on a regular basis comply with all health and safety regulations and all must be documented
10. Overseeing reservation systems, managing bookings, and coordinating special events or private functions.
11. Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
**Requirements**:
1. At least 5 year(s) working experience in the Food & Beverage Industry for position Outlet Manager and above.
2. Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
3. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
4. Initiative and good leadership skills to manage a team.
5. Ability to communicate in English and Malay. Being multilingual would be an advantage.
6. Energetic and able to work independently with long hours on shift.
**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
