**POSITION**: Admin/Customer Relations Executive

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the training center.
- Oversee contracts with external trainers and calculate wages based on daily rates.
- Assist in various administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support team members with clerical tasks, including data entry and system administration.
- Manage appointment schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Assist in maintaining a high standard of customer service and responding to inquiries.
- Supporting other staff in carrying out administrative jobs related to customer relations activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

**QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES**
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to effective service delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail for clear and accurate customer communication.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work with mínimal supervision, ensuring timely and efficient completion of responsibilities..
