**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
**To manage and streamline the purchasing and administrative functions, ensuring operational efficiency by planning, coordinating, and monitoring purchases, vendor relationships, and administrative processes in line with organizational goals.**

**1. Purchasing Management**
- Plan and execute purchases based on departmental needs and organizational objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendor performance to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods received notes in alignment with company SOPs, ISO standards, and Dubai HQ requirements.
- Address delivery issues with suppliers and resolve discrepancies promptly.

**2. Vendor and Inventory Oversight**
- Maintain and update vendor data and purchasing records regularly.
- Ensure goods purchased meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor and handle invoice processing for timely payments.

**3. Reporting and Documentation**
- Liaise with Dubai HQ for reporting, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and standards.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly purchasing reports.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing processes and maintain documentation per ISO, SOP, and Dubai HQ standards.
- Support administrative tasks, including preparing outsource manpower timesheets.

**4. Cost Efficiency and Compliance**
- Negotiate pricing and ensure competitive purchasing to maximize company benefits.
- Oversee stamping and processing of rental warehouse agreements as required.
- Assist in managing invoices for HSE services, including scheduled waste services.

**5. Administrative Support**
- Manage routine purchases of pantry and stationery items based on schedules.
- Support the ADHR in tasks related to tenant contracts, timesheets, and compliance.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management as needed.

**6. Liaison with Dubai HQ**
- Coordinate and collaborate with Dubai HQ to ensure all purchasing processes align with HQ standards.
- Facilitate audits and provide necessary reports or documentation required by Dubai HQ.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
