We are now hiring for a QA Supervisor, to be based in our Malaysia office (Synturn (M) Sdn Bhd).

**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Monitoring operator performance and attendance (output, attendance, quality of work)
- Monitor and meet shipment schedule.
- Man power arrangement
- Understand product requirement
- Training new operators and provide training and development to team members to improve their skills and knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Basic knowledge of computer
- Able to use microscope and basic QA equipment.
- At least 5 years working experience
- Able to manage operators from different country
- Can work independently with mínima supervision
- Can work under pressure.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
