**Reports To**:
Senior Manager, Culture & Engagement

**Role Purpose**:
Lead, oversee, design and deliver internal communication and cultural programmes in relation to Human Capital strategy and promote higher levels of engagement among employees at work levels in support of Culture & Engagement strategy for MAG Group

**Key Accountability**:

- Research, create and write engaging content; and edit, proofread, improve and publish content for internal communications via the various channels & platforms
- Develop, implement, Project manage the development of culture & engagement programmes, events and initiatives in alignment with the Human Capital strategy
- Provide oversight and monitor the impact of programs and initiatives designed to strengthen the culture and raise the engagement of employees at all work levels across MAG
- Responsible to provide solution related to execution issues and monitor all enquiries from external or internal parties are addressed on time and accurately
- Supports and manage the administrative, process and governance aspect of C&E programs and events

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Degree in Journalism, Communications or relevant field with 4-5 years experienced professional in content creation and management and
- Project Management or relevant field with experience creative content writer

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Experience in creating and managing a wide range of print and digital content, including videos, infographics and imagery
- Strong attention to detail and impeccable communication skills. Possessed creative mindset. Highly skilled as creative writer and editor / copywriter
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting workloads

**Key Challenges**:

- This role is multi faceted required various disciplines and skills sets (creative, project managment, communication, networking, faciltation, etc)
- Different MAB culture and engagement requirements across target divisions and different functions
- Understanding the philosophy behind the employee mindset that are critical for acceptance and committing to the organisation Culture and Value
- Shift in the Company’s priorities (e.g. due to changing business environment and external forces affecting the Company) would affect the principles, approach, and timeline of culture and engagement programs
