Account Assistant Storekeeper

1. Obtaining quotations from the market.
2. Issues supplies and fills requisitions based on par level agreed upon.
3. Creating, sending and following up on purchase orders.
4. Collecting and reviewing inventory data for reports.
5. Reviewing and performing audits on inventory reports
6. Reporting discrepancies on stocks and inventories
7. Preparing and update list of slow moving items with respective expiry dates.
8. Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency and reducing costs.
9. To complete ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
10. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
**Qualifications/Skills**:
- Minimum a Certificate or Diploma in accounting or finance / related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcomed.
- Computer Literate, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
