**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Oversight**: Manage all aspects of daily operations, including production, inventory management, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- **Monthly Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare and present detailed monthly reports on operational performance, sales, and inventory, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Consignment Sales Management**:Oversee consignment sales processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and stock management for consigned products.
- **Finance Coordination**:Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate sales reporting and financial reconciliation, addressing discrepancies as needed.
- **Stock Reconciliation**: Conduct regular stock reconciliation to ensure accurate inventory levels and resolve any discrepancies
- **Inventory/POS System Management**: Oversee the inventory and point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting of any issues.
- **Stock Management**:Monitor stock levels and implement inventory control measures to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- **Sourcing and Production**: Coordinate sourcing of materials and manage production schedules, liaising with manufacturers and craftspeople to ensure timely delivery of products.
- **Costing Calculation**: Conduct costing analysis for products to ensure competitive pricing and profitability, working closely with the finance team.
- **Budget Control**: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost control measures.
- **Event Organization**:Oversee the planning and execution of event or expo participation by the company which includes, but not limited to, planning, logistics, manpower & security.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a diverse team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
- **Team Liaison**: Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional strategies with inventory availability and sales goals, and work with the IT team to optimize operational processes and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
- Knowledge of gemstones, minerals, or meteorites is a plus, but not required.
- Preferably bilingual with a good command of English and Chinese (to liaise with associates and supplier from China).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
- Well-organised, meticulous, trustworthy, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
