As we expand our operations, we are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Operations Manager to help streamline our processes, ensure efficiency, and scale our operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you'll have ownership over operational processes, from fulfilment to inventory management, and contribute directly to the growth and success of our company.

**What You’ll Do**

**Operational Strategy & Efficiency**
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end operations, including order processing, fulfilment, packaging, shipping, and returns.
- Analyze and improve operational workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement tech-enabled solutions for inventory management across all platforms (EasyStore, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches and post-launch execution.

**Inventory & Supply Chain Management**
- Manage and optimize inventory across all sales platforms, ensuring stock levels are accurately tracked and replenished on time.
- Work closely with suppliers to coordinate logistics, restocking, and lead times.
- Develop strategies for scaling operations efficiently, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals.

**Team & Process Building**
- Propose and implement the ideal team structure as operations scale up, including staffing needs, equipment requirements, and process improvements.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all recurring operational tasks, ensuring all team members are trained on best practices.
- Track KPIs and operational performance, ensuring fulfillment accuracy, customer satisfaction, and inventory accuracy targets are met.

**Customer Satisfaction & Quality Assurance**
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance and prompt delivery.
- Monitor feedback through various platforms (Shopee Reviews, Google Reviews, etc.) and ensure any operational issues affecting customer experience are promptly addressed.

**Reporting & Continuous Improvement**
- Regularly track and report on operational performance, including fulfilment accuracy, order returns, and cost per fulfilment.
- Continuously improve systems and workflows based on data insights and team feedback.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (EasyStore, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.) and third-party shipping systems (e.g., Ninja Van, J&T, EasyParcel).
- Proven experience in inventory management and process optimization.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operations and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience with managing multi-channel operations or scaling small businesses.
- Background in tech-enabled operations or implementing automation tools.
- Familiarity with customer service and returns management in eCommerce
