Assistant Manager, Operations Support

**Job Summary**
The Assistant Manager, Operations Support, helps ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating with departments, monitoring workflows, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive, adaptable attitude toward learning and taking on greater responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Operations Support Manager in ensuring smooth, effective, and professional daily operational activities.
- Support coordination coordinators, and department PIC to understand departmental objectives and support operational alignment.
- Monitor and assess operational workflows to detect inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues within production or service processes in a timely and effective manner.
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly reports by gathering relevant data and insights for departmental and managerial review.
- Help coordinate and track project tasks, ensuring adherence to set timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of operational plans and performance objectives.
- Maintain documentation and follow up on action items to ensure process compliance and accountability.
**Job Requirements**:
- Able to work under supervision and gradually take on independent tasks with self-discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for day-to-day reporting and documentation tasks.
- Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support teamwork and maintain good working relationships across departments.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to receive guidance and feedback constructively, with a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
- Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to escalate more complex issues appropriately.
