RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Operations Support
- Assist in daily operational tasks such as order processing, stock tracking, and data entry.
- Support coordination between departments.
- Help monitor and follow up on deliveries, purchase orders, and inventory updates.
- Assist in preparing reports, operation checklists, and performance summaries.
- Support in monitoring compliance with company SOPs and policies.
Administrative Support
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of operational records.
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and related paperwork.
- Handle general clerical duties such as printing, scanning, and organizing files.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, scheduling, or event logistics when needed.
Ad-hoc Tasks
- Support other teams in special projects or operational improvements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Manager.
REQUIREMENTS: -
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
