**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop original, creative, and engaging content for various platforms, including social media (WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), websites, blogs, and digital campaigns, in Mandarin.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and update social media accounts with Mandarin content, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- **Content Strategy**: Work closely with the marketing team to create a content calendar and develop content strategies that resonate with our Mandarin-speaking audience.
- **SEO and Engagement**: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and engagement, leveraging relevant keywords and trending topics within the Mandarin-speaking market.
- **Multimedia Content**: Produce visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and infographics, to complement written content and engage the audience.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content adheres to company's brand guidelines, tone, and messaging while tailoring it to suit Mandarin-speaking consumers.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on current trends, industry news, and competitor content to ensure that company’s content remains fresh and relevant to the audience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the content supports promotional efforts and drives business objectives.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze the performance of content across platforms using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Language Proficiency**: Native or fluent proficiency in **Mandarin**, both written and spoken. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Mandarin.
- Experience with social media platforms and content management tools (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Proficiency in multimedia creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) or other content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends.
- Creative, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality content.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track content performance.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
