**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Developer to join our Core Banking team, specifically focusing on the BWC (Bankwide Customer File) sub-domain. This role involves working with Silverlake's customer platform, AS400 servers, and DB2 databases, utilizing your expertise in RPG programming to enhance the functionality and automation of banking systems. You will also contribute to DevOps initiatives and leverage ALDON to streamline software deployment processes on AS400 systems.
- Write and optimize RPG code for AS400/DB2 systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement enhancements for the Bankwide CIF (Customer Information File).
- Contribute to DevOps initiatives, ensuring efficient software delivery pipelines for AS400 systems.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 3-5 years of experience in Core Banking software development.
- Experience with AS400 and RPG is a must.
- Familiarity with banking systems (Silverlake, BWC) is a plus.
- Proficiency in RPG programming, specifically on the AS400 platform.
- Experience working with AS400 servers and DB2 databases.
- Familiarity with Silverlake customer platform (BWC) and Bankwide CIF (Customer Information File) systems.
- Knowledge of ALDON for automating software deployment processes.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices, particularly for AS400 environments.
