We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and result driven Telesales Executive to join our fast-paced team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, following up on warm leads, and converting sales opportunities into successful sign-ups. This role requires someone who can work independently, under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Proactively cold call leads provided to introduce and promote our products, aiming to secure new sign-ups.
2. Follow up with warm leads to ensure conversion into sales and maintain consistent communication with prospective clients.
3. Update and manage the sales pipeline to ensure smooth lead tracking and conversion processes.
4. Identify additional sales opportunities through creative problem-solving and proactive outreach, converting opportunities into sales success.
5. Track and report sales performance, ensuring targets are not only met but consistently exceeded.
6. Work independently while maintaining focus in a high-pressure environment.
7. Achieve sales goals consistently, contributing directly to company growth.

**Perks & Compensation**:

- High commission structure after meeting sales targets (no travel reimbursements).

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
