- 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

**Job Summary**:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Officer to contribute to generating sales for our
company.
- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective Telesales Officer must be an excellent
communicator and have superior people skills.
- They must be comfortable presenting
products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
**Responsibilities**:
- To promote company products & services to prospective customers.
- Update customers with monthly promotions and campaigns
- To achieve monthly target sets by the Company.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets which are required by the
management
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using
scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
**Job** **Requirements**:
or equivalent in any field
- Preferably Executive specializing in Telesales or equivalent
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience in a Telesales
- Experience in doing outbound calls.
- Both fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the
entry-level based on your previous experience)
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written.
Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Demonstrate teamwork all the time
- Willing to work under pressure, long work hours some time.
- Open for Malaysian only
**Additional Info**:
- Working Location: Bangsar South
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.30 am-6.30 pm)
- Alternate Saturdays - 2 Saturdays off in a month ( working hours is from 9.30am 6.30pm)
**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
