JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all inbound calls received is picked up immediately and handled. Ensure and maintain professionalism in handling customers’ inquiries/complaints on the company’s products and services
- Perform E2E resolution in call handling by follow-up calls, and appropriate case escalation when necessary
- To ensure calls/transactions are handled as per agreed Processes and workflow
- All required information are obtained from customer, verified and entered accurately into the appropriate systems.
- Ensure self-updated on the latest product information by referring to CSDnet and by attending to any training and huddle session conducted by trainers or Team leaders. This can be done either during or after working hours.
- Ensure compliance to all business processes to meet Customer satisfaction.
- To ensure full participation in all trainings provided to increase competency and product knowledge.
- Take additional tasks assigned by Team managers as part of improving competency.
- To perform up sell to potential customers when handling inbound calls to generate revenue increase and at the same time maintain quality or service.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
REQUIREMENT
- SPM / Certification with at least 2 years related working experience.
- Fresh Diploma / Degree holder in any field.
- Proficiency & comprehension of Chinese / Tamil languages supported.
- Typing Test
- 35 WPM with one 2 minimum error.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Good Human Relations skills and personality.
- Flexible and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Able to work on shift.
