1.Customer Service Associate to handle general inquiries of customers over phone calls and live chats
2.Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
3.Maintains customer records by updating account information

■MUST TO HAVE: Both native Japanese & non-natives are welcome to apply
1.Japanese Speaking with Kanji writing skills
2.Non-natives should have N1 or N2 certification
3.Non-natives should have a customer service experience in Japanese (at least 6months to 1 year of experience)
and has an academic background in Japan.

2.Experience of Customer Service

■Personality Requirement:1.Exemplary communication skills and customer-oriented approach
2.Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
