**Customer Service Specialist** for VIRTUAL OFFICE / SHARED OFFICES.

Job role:
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service. Min. 2 years.
- Excellent face to face and phone communication skills with customers
- A fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, clients and agents
- The ability to manage a diverse range of tasks
- An understanding of Social Media is desirable
- Experience in a co-working or hospitality environment is highly regarded (ie. Virtual office / Hotel front desk/customer service are also welcome to apply).

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
