To recruit, monitor and manage a team of professional service

crew, providing guidance and nurture leadership amongst

subordinates.
- To plan and prepare daily and monthly schedule, highlight key

areas of the premises receive priority in the schedule.
- To monitor accurate registration of attendances at all project

site and the rescheduling or re-deploy of service crew to cover

absences or where necessary.
- To ensure all site job task carry out accordingly as per

schedules with cleaning checklist and work done

acknowledgement completed.
- To conduct site visit and site inspection at all project site

according to client visit schedule ensuring services are

conducted as per daily & monthly schedules.
- To assist HR Department in setting up foreign workers new

hostel and conducting hostel inspection, ensure hostels’ utilities

bills are submitted for payment, handling of foreign worker

welfare, eg. settling issue with immigration/police, Fomema

check-up, arrangement for new arrival advance & etc.
- To ensure all tools, material, equipment & machinery are clean

and store in proper manner, the number of machineries at site

are correct according to site requirement. To monitor stocks of

cleaning equipment and materials in order that orders can be

placed on a timely basis and according to budget allocated.
- To assist in handling suppliers & sub-contractors, which include

janitorial, toiletries, landscaping, handyman & pest control

services at project site.
- To train, coach, delegate subordinates in the execution of the

works according to schedules.
- To produce weekly and monthly reports to include subordinates

overtime, staff turnover, training record, employee evaluation,

safety incident report and submit to superior.
- Assist in performing Supervisor duties in cases of emergency

or shortage / absenteeism. To attend to any ad-hoc or

emergency call at project site eg. flood, fire - disaster

recovery.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
