Job Responsibility:

· Oversee and coordinate all cleaning activities within Site in Compliance with Client Team's scope and standards

· Ensure all assigned areas are clean, safe, and presentable to the standards of a premium-grade commercial property.

· Maintain daily supervision of day and night shifts, ensuring manpower attendance, task allocation and quality assurance

· Conduct daily site inspections of all tenanted and common areas.

· Supervise Cleaning teams for office areas, toilets, pantry, lift lobbies and common zones according to the prescribed frequencies.

· Verify availability and restocking of cleaning supplies, chemical and consumables.

· Supervise day and night cleaners, including float teams.

· Log and update all SRs in the Service Request System, ensuring 95% completion by the nominated date.

· Act as the first-level contact for WHS matters and ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 2022.

· Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Able to work independently with the minimum supervision.

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

· Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

· Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office & MS Words.

· Strong organization skills with a problem solving attitude.

· Willing to work in Bukit Bintang area

· Possess own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
