Requirements:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering

2. Familiar with AutoCAD / Revit / Civil 3D

**Job Description**:
1. Create Revit families and CAD blocks. To ensure drawing revisions are updated and recorded in drawing registers.

2. To ensure client’s BIM Guidelines and requirements are properly and adequately addressed.

3. Assist, Coordinate and manage Revit models.

4. Assist in plotting or printing documentations / drawings in related format for discussion and submission purposes.

5. Assist on managing 3D amendment, revisions and tracking d information in accordance with the company's BIM standard.

6. To coordinate with the tender team to devof RFI.

7. Ensure integrity of model design anelop temporary work drawings or tender related drawings during the tendering activities.

8. Create accurate and organised structural Revit (BIM) models / Civil 3D and /or AutoCAD drawings.

9. Develop and maintain BIM/CAD standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes, and drawing formats.

10. To coordinate with the project team to ensure the design, construction and as-built drawings are reflected with the actual site conditions.

11. Working with BIM Coordinator, consultants and clients to create detailed models based on their needs, including identifying project goals, objectives, and constraints

12. Developing construction drawings and other design documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software and BIM software.

13. Communicating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on the same track.

14. Coordinating with the BIM team to ensure that all components of the model are up to date.

15. Creating 3D/4D models of buildings using computer aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD / Revit / Civil 3D.

16. Creating 3D /4D drawings of building elements such as walls, columns, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical fixtures, etc. using architectural or engineering software packages

17. Creating 3D/4D models of building components such as structural supports, stairs, railings, and columns

18. Creating 3D/4D models of civil components such as earthworks, sewerage, water reticulation, road and drainage systems.

19. Developing drawings to show how construction will take place based on the design provided by architects or engineers

21. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month
