**Job responsibilities**:
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information. Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Answering inquiries, resolving issues and provide effective communication with customer. Key in data regarding customer inquiry and problem.
**Working days**:
- 6 days (8 hours)
**Qualifications or experiences**:
- SPM
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Good at communication
- Understand basic computer knowledge
**Basic salary**:
- RM 1900
