Are you a driven, strategic thinker ready to unlock new business frontiers in construction and engineering? We are seeking a **Business Development Assistant Manager / Manager** to lead our growth agenda—expanding our reach across sectors such as **construction engineering, facilities management**, and major infrastructure opportunities with **Prasarana, TM, JPS, JKR**, and beyond.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Drive Strategic Growth**:

- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value opportunities—especially in public sector tendering, infrastructure projects, and engineering ventures.
- **Lead Partnership & Tender Initiatives**

Establish and grow partnerships with government bodies, GLCs, developers, consultants, and key players across the construction and engineering ecosystem.
- **Navigate Markets with Precision**

Conduct deep market and competitor analysis to shape winning strategies, pricing models, and tender submissions.Develop persuasive proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and presentations tailored to various project needs—be it for TM, Prasarana, JKR, or JPS.Work with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance, legal) to align objectives, support project execution, and drive deal closures.Monitor KPIs, report on business pipeline progress, and continuously improve outreach and engagement strategies.**Who You Are**:

- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of proven experience in business development—especially in construction, tendering, or engineering-related sectors
- Strong network with relevant industry players and public sector contacts
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills
- Proactive, analytical, results-oriented, and fluent in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience with NGOs or Yayasan is a plus—but not required.
