As Aesthetic Skin Group continues to expand its operations, it anticipates encountering new challenges and opportunities. **CUSTOMER SERVICE** **Responsibilities** - Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls - Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Responding promptly to customer inquiries. - Update calendars and schedule customer meetings/ appointment - Undertake special assignments and related duties as specified by directors. - Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Communicating with customers through various channels. - Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Knowing our products inside and out. - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. - Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. - Managing a team of junior customer service representatives. - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. **Requirements**: - Open for Malaysian citizen only. - SPM or higher - No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
