Job purpose: To assist management team over all activities of Fair Consulting Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. To maximize shareholders value of company accordance with company business plans. Provide support to local employees when they need to liaise with Japanese clients for all company services. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: - Assisting Japanese clients when giving advisory for all company services;
- Liaise with Japanese clients regarding their corporate tax estimation, individual & company tax return and book keeping;
- Participating in various clients’ financial due diligence projects, to analyse target company’s financial accounting information and presented analysis and commentary to project manager;
- Assisting chartered company secretary to liaise with Japanese clients for Companies Commission of Malaysia’s matters;
- Continuously update Japanese clients and superior regarding the latest regulation in Malaysia by prepare internal and external newsletter in Japanese;
- Prepare quotation and service agreement between company and all clients;
- Provide translation service from English to Japanese, Japanese to English internally and externally in verbal and in writing;
- Understand client’s needs and provide the best solutions and guidelines;
- To maintain customer relationship and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting client needs appropriate to their business;
- Regularly update activity information and pipelines for management reporting
