cbs Malaysia is the subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. We deliver high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP. We are looking for a **Legal Counsel (Japanese Speaker)** who is passionate to grow with us in the APAC region. You will be an integral part of the project management team and help the management to liaise with related parties regarding Dispute resolution, Legal matters.

**Job Descriptions**
- Legal Support for cbs APAC.
- Office: Review Service agreements, Insurance policies.
- HR: Review employment contracts, Employee insurance policies.
- cbs Group: Review Intercompany agreement, Director's resolutions.
- Liaise with related parties regarding Dispute resolution, Legal matters.
- PMO: Review contracts such as NDA, MSA, SOW, GTC, Proposal templates, other agreements between cbs and customers, partners, freelancers, vendors.

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, preferably in the IT service industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Law or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Capability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
- Positive attitude, passion, and determination, with a strong appreciation for teamwork.
- Eloquent and fluent in English and Japanese.
- ** Japanese language level JLPT N2 is preferred.**
