**Job description**
- Developing and presenting proposals to potential customers based on their specific needs.
- Developing comprehensive and detailed proposals that address the customer's specific needs.
- Clearly communicating the proposed solution and its benefits to the customer.
- Closing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Addressing any objections or concerns the customer may have.
- Successfully closing the sale and achieving or exceeding the company's sales targets.
- Continuously improving knowledge of home improvement trends and technologies.
- Continuously improving knowledge of the company's products and services.

Sales Consultants need to possess a variety of skills to be successful in this role, including:

- Professionalism and a strong commitment to ethical business practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Technical knowledge and expertise in home improvement products and services
- Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge: Understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Knowledge of home improvement trends and products Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other sales tools Understanding of financial concepts such as profit margins, pricing strategies, and budgeting

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM400.00 per month
