We're looking for a dynamic Sales and Service Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Position Overview:
As a Sales and Service Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential and current members, guiding them in their fitness journey, and ensuring an outstanding experience at Peak Fitness. This is a perfect opportunity for a results driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Drive membership sales through proactive outreach, tours, and consultations.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and offer tailored solutions.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Peak Fitness community.

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional support to members, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.

Assist with onboarding new members, including facility orientation and program recommendations.

Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Administrative Support:
Manage membership records, process payments, and track sales metrics.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Support promotional campaigns and special events to drive engagement.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Bahasa (preferred)
