**JOB BRIEF**

**RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITIES AND DUTIES**
- Support the Plantation Manager/Senior Manager in managing daily fieldwork such as planting, maintenance, irrigation, fertilization, pest management, and harvesting.
- Assist in planning and executing plantation work schedules, operational plans, and cost control measures to achieve productivity targets.
- Supervise and guide field teams to ensure compliance with safety guidelines, work procedures, and company rules.
- Conduct periodic inspections to monitor crop health, infrastructure, and equipment conditions, and propose necessary actions for improvement.
- Track plantation performance and compile progress reports for management review.
- Ensure all operational data, including inventory, manpower, and maintenance activities, are properly recorded and updated.
- Perform additional tasks or special projects as directed by superiors when required.

**QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**
- Diploma or higher qualification in Agriculture or related fields from a recognized institution; **OR**:

- SPM with at least 3 years of experience in plantation or agricultural operations; **OR**:

- Equivalent experience in the field deemed acceptable by management.
- Practical, disciplined, and results-driven personality.
- Able to work independently and demonstrate strong teamwork.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work and reside in plantation or remote settings.
- Possess a valid Class D driving license (B2 license is an advantage).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
