Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting Manager to plan, execute and oversee operations and general management
  • Assisting the Manager in maintaining smooth administration in line with company procedures
  • Assisting the Manager in co-ordinate and supervise work programs and workers.
  • Assisting the Manager in ensuring that the operating units' documentations and submissions are sent timely.
  • Reporting to superior over non-compliances and reporting any relevant matters and issues.
  • Managing the estate according to the principles and criteria of MSPO/ RSPO.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports, forecast, yearly budget and ad-hoc reports including estate updates during site visits by Headquarter members.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in running mature, immature oil palm estates with exposure to replanting
  • Physically fit and are able to do physical work
  • Able to work independently with good leadership qualities.
