Production Supervisor

**Duties and Responsibilities**

1. To lead and motivate a team of operators to achieve production target in quality, quantity, delivery and cost.

2. To set-up, co-ordinate and supervise by optimizing all available resources such as labor, material and equipment time system for maximum returns.

3. To solve daily line problems and to feedback problems beyond their capacity to superior.

4. To interface and liaise with supporting departments to resolve problems.

5. To be responsible for expediting line items and ensuring commitment to customers are met.

6. To upkeep and maintain proper records such as attendance, operators performance, throughput, system records, etc. for control and reference purposes.

7. To ensure proper training and handling of equipments, jigs and machines.

8. To establish good communication network with operators between shifts and supporting departments.

9. To up hold disciplinary and housekeeping rules for a clean conductive environment.

10. To maintain a harmonious and motivated workforce.

11. To provide counseling and grievance handling.

12. To provide feedback to operators on their performance achievement periodically.

13. To carry out any other work as required and authorized by the superior.

**Qualification and Working Experience**

1. Possess a Diploma with 1-3 years experience / STPM with 3-5 years experience / SPM with 5-7 years experience.

3. For Assistant Supervisor, possess a fresh graduate Diploma holder / STPM with 1 year experience / SPM with 2 years experience / SRP with 6 years experience

4. Able to analyze specifications and analyze routine data.

5. Able to plan and organize work system for subordinates.

6. Able to communicate and liaise with relevant department personnel.

7. Able to work independently and with minimum supervisory.

**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month
